Our reverse engineering capabilities allow us to assist your design by duplicating almost any component or complex assembly.
We welcome projects which utilize manual methods and paper blueprints, however, we are fully equipped to interface with companies applying the latest in automation techniques. Utilizing the latest software and CNC machining equipment provides rapid conversion of components from drafting to finished product.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM)
We can help you save on costs and reduce turnaround time with our CAD-CAM systems. This state-of-the-art technology allows our engineering and production departments to work hand in hand. They also facilitate us to keep several thousand parts filed and ready to produce at the touch of a few buttons. It also enables Burke to provide our customers with quick turnaround times and with a quality level not previously obtained from conventional design methods.
Tool & Die Shop
We have the capability to build any special tools required to manufacture your product. Our model shop and tool room is staffed with experienced, skilled people and is fully equipped to handle special tooling requirements. We produce all of our own in-house test, fabrication, and assembly fixtures.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
We have a complete shop for all of your sheet metal fabrication needs. We fabricate all our own electrical contacts, control boxes, control panels and face plates in house along with thousands of other custom sheet metal fabricated parts and components.
